One list will belong to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ICT Seagulls Projects<\/span>, the other one to the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ICT Leading Seagulls Projects<\/span>. The following criteria will be taken into consideration by Dr. K\u00f6ksal while selecting <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">the successful teams<\/span> and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">teachers<\/span> for the lists:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Obeying time restrictions (managing time).<\/li>\n<li>Following the general rules of the project during the implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Designing and sharing the outcomes of the project according to the rules and delivering all the documents, CDs and\/or videos completely.<\/li>\n<li>Originality.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Those who fail in following the needed procedures will not be taken to the assessment process.
