Especially students must understand that the ICT Seagulls\u00a0Project is a students\u2019 project and all the power is in their hands. They\u00a0will conduct the project from the beginning to the end. Their teachers\u00a0will be only the facilitator of the Project. Teachers also should not spoon-feed\u00a0their students and should motivate them to do the entire project. Web page\u00a0and Blog designs should be prepared by students. No false news please!<\/li>\n<li>References and\u00a0quotations are important part of the projects. Please obey the rules of\u00a0quoting based upon APA Style.<\/li>\n<li>These projects cannot\u00a0be presented in any platform as if they were prepared, designed and\u00a0conducted by the project leaders. The steps and the design rights of both\u00a0Projects belong to Dr. Hayal K\u00d6KSAL. All the project leaders and members\u00a0should state everywhere and in all written and oral documents that those\u00a0steps were taken within the ICT Seagulls Project \/ Leading Seagulls\u00a0Project. Otherwise, \u201cHayal K\u00f6ksal Networking\u201d and \u201cWCTQEE-Turkey Chapter\u201d\u00a0 and Y\u0130MEDER will take all the legal steps to defend the rights of the designer.<\/li>\n<li>During the\u00a0Peer-assessment period, we look for Fairplay and objectivity.<\/li>\n<li>Obeying the rules of\u00a0the Projects and Time Management are essential.<\/li>\n<li>In order to inform the\u00a0community, teams behave in a \u201ctrue partnership\u201d understanding. The\u00a0relationships with media and community must be shared with Dr. Hayal\u00a0K\u00f6ksal, the general coordinator, and missing or false info should never be\u00a0provided to the third persons. The results are announced by Dr. K\u00f6ksal at the end of the assessment period.<\/li>\n<li>All the teams finalized the projects well are winners. Grading must not cause jealousy among participants.
