International ICT Seagulls Project which is coordinated and guided by YİMEDER (Association for Innovative Collaboration) and the Turkey Chapter of the World Council for Total Quality & Excellence in Education (WCTQEE) under the leadership of Hayal Köksal since 2004, will be presented at the 2021 ISSWOV Virtual Conference on 28 June 2021. An invitation came from the Scientific Committee Chair stating that our project was determined as one of the two projects to be presented at the conference. Here is the e-mail:

It is my pleasure to inform you that your research project titled: “International ICT Seagulls Project” has been selected as one of the two finalists of the cross-cultural research competition organized by ISSWOV as part of its 2021 virtual conference.
As you know, the finalists are invited to do a formal presentation of their project during the virtual event on June 28. In your case, you are invited to present at 17:00 Central European Time. You will have 15 minutes for your presentation plus 5 minutes for Q&A.

ISSWOV virtual conference 2021
After talking about the project in general, I will summarize all 8 projects of the year 2021, and then leave the microphone to Mr. Sinan Tortum, the project leader of the Edremit Bay Seagulls Project. He will summarize their project and share his reflections on the project. This presentation will help us publicize the project in Eurıope and America.
I met ISSWOV in 1998 at the Marmara Hotel, Istanbul. There was the Leadership Seminar s and I have had the opportunity of meeting my friend Prof.Dr. Zeynep Aycan from Koç University and Ranindra Kanungo and Dov Elizur from ISSWOV founders. After that, I have become a member of ISSWOV and participated in the Jerusalem Conference in 2000 with a paper and a poster presentation. Later on, I was at Poland Conference. In 2001, we conducted a Workaholism survey and wrote a paper on it with Prof.Dr. Ronald Burke from Canada York University. After so many years, it is nice to be with ISSWOV again. I hope you find the opportunity of listening to us.
