Project Steps

Project Steps (Main Steps)

Project circles will study based upon the PDCA Mindset (Plan-Do-Check-Act) using quality tools and following the İmece Circles (SQC) steps. They will use the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) at a maximum rate. It was proved after a twelve-year experience that the project adds a lot knowledge and skills students which contribute to character development of the young. They gain and improve the philosophy of lifelong learning and team spirit. It is worth of noting that, those outcomes are approved not only in the national level but also at the international platforms. For instance; we have been supported by the World Country for Total Quality and Excellence in Education (WCTQEE) which was founded by 25 countries (www.cmseducation.org/icsqcc) in India and the Network of the Human Dignity and Humiliation Studies (www.humiliationstudies.org) which has 40,000 followers. We are proud of having students’ circles from United States of America, United Kingdom, South Africa, Sri Lanka, India and Nepal in addition to Turkish schools.

The Projects are open to all age groups starting from preschool education to universities. The students’ and teachers’ circles will  study on their problem areas until 6th June 2016, based upon Multiple Intelligences approach of Gardner and produce songs, drawings, caricatures, skits, documentary films, photographs, etc. Then, they share all the steps and the products through five vehicles. They are:

  1. Web page design,
  2. Blog,
  3. Web+Blog design,
  4. PPT presentation, and
  5. Video-taking & MOOC (OOP) – Only Leading Seagulls/Teachers
