This year, 22 project teams applied, but only 4 of them were able to reach the result. These teams are as follows;
1. Algerian young people working on “Artificial Intelligence and Physics Education” from Kasdi Merbah University from Algeria,
2. Contemporary Pharmacists from Istanbul Kent University, Faculty of Pharmacy who chose the subject of “AI in training Contemporary Pharmacists”,
3. In the category of Community Seagulls from Non-Governmental Organizations, the Contemporary Youth team working on “AI Education” and,
4. The “Little Waste Hunters” Project made by the 1st C students of Kağıthane Yaşar Doğu Primary School.
I wholeheartedly congratulate the leaders and members of these teams who have successfully completed their projects.
This year, for the first time, we will pilot the “Informatics Seagulls Human-Centered Assessment Framework” together. Because AI was one of the factors that affected the whole project, and naturally, there had to be a change in the evaluation process. This approach considers not only the resulting project but also the learning process, collaboration, ethical responsibility, and continuous improvement as integral parts of the evaluation culture. He will fill out this self-assessment form himself every March and submit it to me by July 20, 2026. The co- and jury-evaluation will then begin.
I know that after a great year, even better work and results will come. With love.
