The International ICT Seagulls Project is going to start to its 12th year. On the other hand, the Leading Seagulls Project is going to create a more popular style with the Faculties of Education.We invite all the students and instructors of the Faculties of Education located in and out of Turkey. We believe that all the students attending the Faculties of education work hard, prepare wonderful projects but those works are never used for their future days. Whereas, through this project, they will have an opportunity of sharing and placing their projects on the Interne. We will ornament them with the needed info about ptoject management and also will lead them for sharing, caring and using for the next times in their professional lives. Thus, the participating bodies and teams will get the chance of publicising their projects, gaining reputation for their future and getting more experience about teaching.
